Updated Credit Reports

Getting updated credit reports is vital to the success of the Rapid Credit process. Without a copy of this report we are limited as to what we can do because we need to know what items have been successfully removed and what items are still showing inaccurate. If we don’t have an up-to-date version of your credit report we may accidently dispute the same item again which may cause the bureaus to deny an investigation or require more information, thus slowing down the process. Please keep in mind that the credit bureaus may send you more information than just your credit reports and it is imperative that you forward all correspondence to us immediately. Clients who are diligent in sending us everything that they receive from the credit bureaus will see the most benefit out of our services.

Disputes

Rapid Credit will only dispute inaccurate or misleading items on your credit report. If you feels that there is a negative item on your credit report that is accurate then you should not dispute the account. Often times a collection agent will report a debt to the credit bureaus that you do not owe, if this is the case a debt validation procedure may be necessary to remove the collection from your credit report.

In these cases, debt validation procedures like those offered in any of our service levels may be necessary to remove the collections from your credit reports.

Case Updates:

Our team is always standing by to help answer any questions you may have though this process. The bureaus will send you copies of your credit reports and correspondence relating to the removal of items to your home address. Don’t be discouraged if it takes a few rounds of correspondence to remove inaccurate items from your credit report. Please make sure you are diligent in forwarding all copies of what you receive form the bureaus so we can continue to work efficiently on your case.
